Students ages 10 & up with Hip Hop dance experience are welcome to audition for the 2025-2026 Hip Hop Team on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 7:00-8:00pm. Sign up to audition here: https://forms.gle/gvQXbneW14hkiksm9

 

Hip Hop Team students who make the team will need to fulfill the summer and fall requirements listed below.

 

SUMMER DANCE

Hip hop team members are required to take summer classes to maintain skill level and technique during the summer months. Please email us at loveofdancestudionj@gmail.com for summer class requirements.

HIP HOP TEAM REQUIREMENTS

Being on the competition team is a commitment. Team students must attend their weekly classes, dress rehearsals, competitions, and our June recital.

 

SCHOOL YEAR CLASSES

Students who are selected for the team will be required to take two classes during the school year September-June. 

1. Hip Hop Technique Class Wednesday 

2. Hip Hop Team Class Wednesday

COMPETITIONS

Our team students compete locally in New Jersey! We compete at Starbound, Beyond the Stars, Breakout, and many more! Team members will be required to attend three competitions during the season throughout the months of February-May. Competition dates will be announced in September at the start of the school year. ​​​
