Tuition & Policies
Our school year classes run from September through June.
Tuition is divided into three payments:

1st Payment (Sept - Dec) - due at registration

2nd Payment (Jan - Mar) - due January 1
-
3rd Payment (Apr - June) - due April 1
Additional Fees
-
One time non-refundable $25 registration fee due upon enrollment. Family rate: $10.00 each additional student.

Reminders will be sent before each due date. A tentative June recital date is listed on the Studio Calendar; the final recital date will be confirmed in late winter/early spring.

Recital Costume Fee - due November 15
Each student will need to purchase a costume for each class they are in for the performance.
- Costume Fee – ranges from $85-$90 per costume and varies by class level.
All fees are non-refundable. Exchanges: $15 fee applies.

Recital Fee - due April 1, with the final tuition payment
Each family will pay a Recital Fee which includes a recital t-shirt, an end of the year trophy, and a digital version of the recital video.
Tuition payments must be made in cash, check, through Venmo or Zelle.
All checks should be made out to Love of Dance Studio.
Rules & Regulations
Enrollment & Tuition
Classes are not transferable. $25.00 will be charged for a single class taken at any time.
Tuition is non-refundable after 2 weeks. There is a late fee of $20.00 on tuition paid after the 15th of the month.
There is a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.
Attendance & Missed Classes
If an absence occurs, the student must make up the missed classes within the same month. Make-up classes cannot be carried over into another month unless the student is registered and has made their latest payment. Make-up classes must be taken in a class of the equivalent level and age group.
Inclement Weather
For the safety of our dancers and families, the studio may cancel classes due to inclement weather. Closures will be communicated via email and social media.
Group class tuition is not adjusted for weather-related cancellations. Private lessons cancelled due to inclement weather are not guaranteed a make-up lesson; when possible, make-ups may be offered based on availability.
Class Rates
10-Month School Year Classes:
Pre Pointe Package (Teacher Recommendation Only)
Includes both Tuesday Pre Pointe and Thursday Pre Pointe classes. Students selected for Pre Pointe must enroll in all required Ballet classes. Beginning with the 2026–2027 season, Pre Pointe will be offered as a separate package rather than included with the Ballet class rate. The Pre Pointe Package does not qualify for percentage-based Special Discounts. The Pre Pointe Package counts as one class toward the Unlimited Classes after 12 classes per family discount.
Special Discounts - Take more than 1 class and SAVE!
Two classes per week.....4% off (per student or per family)
Three classes per week.....6% off (per student only)
Four classes per week.....15% (per student only)
Five classes per week.....18% off (per student only)
Six classes or more per week.....20% off (per student only)
**Unlimited classes after 12 classes, per family! (does not apply to private lessons, Team SDTs, or Team Select Groups)
Adult Classes
Adult students may pay for tuition monthly or pay in three installments; Sept-Dec, Jan-Mar, and Apr-Jun. Adult students who choose the three-installment payment option are eligible for multi-class discounts. Please see rates for both options below.
**The $25 registration fee will be waived for adult students who choose monthly payments.
45 Minute Class Rates: $71/monthly or three installments; $264/Sept-Dec, $198/Jan-Mar, $198 Apr-Jun
1 Hour Class Rates: $80/monthly or three installments; $300/Sept-Dec, $225/Jan-Mar, $225 Apr-Jun
Private & Semi-Private Lessons
Private and semi-private lessons are available based on teacher and studio availability. Students interested in private lessons must register for a minimum of one private lesson per week for 6–8 consecutive weeks.
